Privacy Notice
Creative LD is a children's artwork gallery for Lahad Datu. We care deeply about keeping children safe. This notice explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
For each artwork: the child's first name, age, an optional short story, and a photo of the artwork. From the parent who uploads: an email address (used to sign in and to send notifications).
How we use it
To publicly display approved artwork in the gallery, and to email the parent when their child's artwork is approved or featured.
What others can see
Only artwork approved by a teacher is shown publicly. We display a first name and age only — never a surname, school, address, or contact details.
No photos of children
This is an artwork gallery. Uploads that show a child's face or any identifiable photo of a child will be rejected. Please upload the artwork itself only.
Teacher review
Every artwork is reviewed by a teacher before it appears. Nothing a parent uploads becomes public automatically.
Your choices
Parents may ask us to remove or take down their child's artwork at any time. Just contact us and we will handle it.
